I tried opening Storyline 1 but I keep getting a message that I need Flash player 10 or higher. Off course I do have the latest version and also indtalled the updated version. Still Storyline won't start.
Looks like you did reach out to our support team (00778255) and Victor was able to assist you in cleaning up some possible old Flash Player elements that were causing issue.

Hi Rob. The issue on Flash Player has been addressed in SL 1 update 8. Please check out the below link for more details. Thanks.

Hi Annaliza, thank for you response but liek I said I already have the latest version. That didn't solve it for me.
