I created a formation in storyline 1, all my text entry work very well. But now, all the text entry (on the same formation)but in stoyline 2 doesn't work ! What's happening. That's not a really good news for me because this formation is so big.
So sorry to hear you are having issues! I want to confirm that you are working locally as described here, and you may want to give importing the file into a new file a shot to see if you find improvement.
If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline, and you are always welcome to share your files (both the SL1 file before upgrade and the SL2 file from after the upgrade) if you would like us to look into this further for you.
I attached my file (original SL2 and Importing version). Nothing work... Can you find a solution for me. This is a big probleme. I lost a lot of time and this formation is so important !

Hi, Marielle -- I appreciate your patience while I tested your file. As it is a large project, I went ahead and grabbed just a few of your slides and imported them into a new project and tested the published output in the SCORM Cloud. I seem to be able to click on the text entry boxes and enter text: would you be able to test the following link for me and tell me if you are seeing the same results?
If necessary, I may need to have our Support Engineers take a look at your files to determine where the issue you are encountering is occurring.
