I have been using storyline 1 all morning. My windows 8 pc asked to restart after an update, so I allowed it. When I turned it back on and tried to open storyline I got an error message to say it needed flash version 10 or above to open. I've been to the website it asked me to go to and it said the latest version of flash is installed. I tried to re-install from the adobe website and it also said it was already installed. I'm not at a loss and really need access as I am on a deadline. Please help!
I've tried uninstalling all Flash plugins, uninstalling Storyline 1, reinstalling storyline 1, installing the storyline 1 update, THEN installing Flash player 15, and nothing has changed. I don't want Storyline 2 at this time. This needs to get working please.
Not only does Storyline 1 not start due to the Flash player message, but the Storyline update doesn't install because Windows says it doesn't know how to open the file (it's never heard of a file type "1483550881"...no surprise). Help.

Welcome to the community! You can find the update for Storyline 1 here. Once installed, you should reboot your computer.

Yeah, the update doesn't seem to work. Neither did uninstalling Windows updates.
Do I need to uninstall Storyline entirely and just install the update?

You would just need to install the update and reboot your computer. You can ue the link abve to reach the support team directly.
