Is anyone using Storyline 2 on a Surface Pro 4? Have you experienced any issues? I am in the process of replacing my standard laptop with a Surface Pro 4 and would first like to have some confidence that I can continue to use Storyline 2 successfully. Thanks for any advice you can offer.
It would be important for the device to meet the system requirements defined here for sure.
You can check out our documentation on Surface Pro support here as well. We have had users report that it is difficult to work well authoring in Storyline 2 on a smaller screen.
Hopefully some of your fellow community members will chime in to assist you here.
I have had extreme problems using Storyline 2 on a Surface Pro 4. There is no way I have found to make the display readable. There may be a resolution to this problem - and, if so, could someone let me know. I have had to give up on it. It is a very serious limitation for Storyline 2 users that needs to be resolved.
We changed the way we handle DPI scaling in Storyline 3 and Storyline 360. We've heard good feedback so far, and I'd suggest starting a trial and see how it works for you!

Hi,
Do you know if the problem persists with Storyline 3 as well? I don't feel like upgrading and facing the same problem...
Thanks for the answer.
