I'm having a frustrating issue. I've developed a short resource using the screen recording tool, and want to edit the Player settings to include a menu.
Whenever I click on 'Player' the whole program freezes. I just changed the slide background prior to this - I don't know if this could be a clue? When I force shutdown it tells me the system is waiting for a response from me, but there are no other windows open.

With respects to the freezing behavior you are experiencing, You may want to try importing the file into a new file, and maybe also run through the steps listed here to see if you find improvement.
