Storyline 2 Freezes when Publishing

Hi there,

I have been attempting to publish a story, but Storyline is freezing each time.

I have done the following to troubleshoot:

• Restarted my computer
• Shutdown and restarted my computer
• Uninstalled/Reinstalled Storyline
• Created 2 empty slides and attempted to publish

I haven't had problems with any of the other stories I have published.

Also, I have plenty of space on my computer (local drive) to support a dozen more stories.

 

Any thoughts?
