I've built an e-learning training that works perfectly fine when opened from my C drive or from a network drive; however when I copy the exact same contents to sharepoint the links no longer work. I tried to follow the advice on previous posts where others had the same issue, but did not find a solution.
The links lead for some of them on our intranet, others to the web, but none of them work when clicked once the course is on sharepoint.
Although I don't have experience with Sharepoint, I'm happy to try and help you narrow this down.
It sounds like you published the Storyline content for Web, is that correct? If so, try hosting the zipped output on Tempshare. If the links open correctly in Tempshare, then we can conclude this problem is related to Sharepoint.
