I have built and deployed a module through our LMS (successfactors). Recently, I have received feedback from people that when they go back in to resume and complete the module, it is blank. See error below. This only seems to effect other modules I have created and deployed through the LMS. Any ideas what might be causing this issue?

Thanks for the screenshot. I've seen this before, and it seems to be related to specific browsers and Flash being turned off.
Can you narrow down which specific browsers seem to be causing this problem?
