Hello, I am brand new to the eLeaning world, our organization currently uses Storyline 2 to create all eLearnings. I am wondering, if we were to upgrade to 360, but needed to edit an eLearning created in 2, would the file transfer into 360 or would I experience a lot of issues with different versions and updating.
First, you can have Storyline 2 and Storyline 360 installed on the same computer side-by-side. That means you'll have the option of opening an older file in Storyline 2 or in Storyline 360, whichever you prefer.
If you decide to open a Storyline 2 file using Storyline 360, you'll see a prompt asking if you want to upgrade the file. If you say yes, Storyline will automatically create a Storyline 2 backup file, just in case you need it in the future.
