Storyline 2 output not working properly in Chrome or Edge

Hi,
I'm having trouble getting my course to work properly in either Chrome or Edge, although it works as expected in Firefox.
Specifically, I've created a "Blockbusters" style quiz where clicking on the correct letters will fire a trigger to open a layer containing the question.
In Chrome and Edge, only some of the triggers successfully open the layer - clicking on other letters do not open the layer as expected.
Everything works as expected when running the preview within Storyline 2, but it is failing when I publish to LMS and upload to SCORM cloud.
I've copied the problem slide into a new project for testing - the .story file is attached.
I'd be really grateful for any help in resolving this, as Chrome is a commonly used browser in our organisation.

Hi there Duncan,
I really appreciate you sharing your file! I saw the same problem you're seeing in my own testing. Questions 'E' and 'Q' opened without a hitch, but then question 'U' was completely unresponsive.
