I have several published courses on my WordPress site (I am using the plugin Embed or Insert Articulate Content to display the courses). The courses had been working completely fine though they now only appear to work in IE though not Chrome and Firefox.
My hunch is that the course is defaulting to HTML5 in Chrome and Firefox. Can you tell us more about what exactly isn't working correctly in those browsers? Like Michael said, a link to your published output would be really helpful!
So sorry for late reply to both - appreciate the comments. Managed to solve this as it was simply something to do with my theme. Thanks very much though!

Are you publishing for both Flash and HTML5? Can you post a sample link to your course?
