I have a course which has a multiple choice question, with a submit button, at the end of one section/chapter. If you get the question correct a message displays stating this and when you click the continue button takes you to the menu slide. If you get the question wrong you get to tray again.
However for some of my users when they get to this slide the "Submit" button has disappeared and the PREV NEXT buttons display, but they do not work.
If the user closes the learning and resumes at the same place the issue is still there, however if they select No for the resume message and start the learning again the slide works correctly.
Has anyone seen this before and could offer some explanation as to what is happening?
I've seen this happen when there is a misplaced "Submit Results" trigger somewhere in the file. However, it's strange that this is happening to some of your learners, but not all of them.
Have you been able to recreate this problem in your own testing? Would you mind sharing your file with me so I can take a closer look?
