Hi! I am trying to load Articulate Storyline 2 file\link. I add trigger "Jump to URL\file", next loaded file or link. But this not worked. Please, help me.

Links are not active when previewing you need to publish however, when you add the link you can use the middle icon with the tick to test that the link works.

You may also want to look into testing the content by publishing and hosting within one of the free web servers mentioned in this article as testing the published content from your local drive could also cause you to encounter security restrictions.
