I am trying to link from a Storyline 2 course on our iLMS hosting solution back to a file housed on an internal drive to launch an application. I’m using a trigger with the jump to URL/File option but am not having any luck getting the app to launch. The link is actually a UNC vs. a URL so I’m wondering if there is something special I need to do.
I have tried a play.exe, default.htm, and index.html file but to no luck.

The only way I've ever been able to get an application to launch is to attach it to the course as a resource.
