I commonly chose "Launch player in new window" without any odd behavior. Yesterday I did so and the behavior was odd (see attached mp4) opening a window with a Launch button I could ignore) then immediately opening the course in another window.
I like for users to be able to resize the browser; is this a bug?

Multiple projects, not just one. When I deselected the box and republished, the courses behaved as expected.
