My laptop recently upgraded Storyline 2 files. Since then all menus have shrunk to sizes I can no longer read clearly. I know where things are of course so I am getting buy but it is making it quite difficult to edit and use additional resources within Storyline 2. I have attached screenshots of the menus that I now see and how small they are. I have tried resizing screens and everything else that I can think of - Please HELP!
Some monitors using a high resolution setting cause the Storyline interface to appear much smaller. You'll want to ensure you're using the settings here and you can also look at adjusting the overall width of your display to less than 2,000 pixels for a clearer display of Storyline.
Hello Ashley. Thanks for a quick reply. These are my current settings. Nothing has changed with my machine.....still have super small menus in Storyline 2.
Storyline Update about 2 weeks ago. Using a work Lenovo ThinkPad. Storyline seems to be the only thing affected by whatever is going on. All other programs are normal size.
There isn't anything specific to that update which would have shrunk the Storyline menus, but the DPI issue is something more users have seen after upgrading to Windows 10 for example. I'd like to have you work with our Support Engineers to determine is anything else changed within your set up. Can you submit a case here?

What do you mean by upgraded all files then? Did you change a Storyline update, a Windows update, etc.? What type of machine/system are you using?
