I've been able to insert videos and add captioning just fine with SL 3, but when I select Edit Video, either by the button on the ribbon or by right-clicking, a new window opens but nothing happens - just white space with a spinning circle...I am able to close the window and I get a dialogue box asking if I want to save my changes. Anyone else having this problem?
Thanks for letting us know what's happening. It's strange that the Edit Video window appears white with a spinning circle. Is it possible that you’re working from somewhere other than your local C: drive? Working from a network drive or a USB drive can cause a few different problems, and you can read more about that here.
If you're already working locally, let's narrow down what could be causing this problem:
Does this happen on any video in this file, or just one video in particular?
Have you tried inserting the troublesome video into a new Storyline file? If so, does the same thing happen there?
