My company just made an update from Storyline 2 to Storyline 3. I opened a Storyline 2 file and updated it to Storyline 3. I made some minor content modifications and tried to export the file using LMS - SCORM 1.2.
I tried to publish the course several times with different quality settings and the error persists.
We have a tight schedule for this changes, can anyone explain to me why I am getting this error and how to solve it?
Problem solved, it seems that "Helvetica Condensed" font is not supported in Storyline 3. I had to export every individual slide to see where the error occurs. After changing the font, the error disappeared.
