Hi Katherine!  Thanks for the .story file.  I published it for LMS and uploaded it into SCORM Cloud (the testing engine we use for LMS issues).  You can check it out here.

This screencast shows what I saw on my iPhone as I took the course.  Everything seemed to line up where you had designed it.  Can you try testing my link on your iPhone and let me know what you see?  I'm using iOS 11.2.5 on an iPhone SE, by the way.  Thanks!

Hi Alyssa,

I am using Storyline 3 to making some interactive course (2 Q with correct answer and result slide, around 6 slides in total). I have published it and upload to LMS. (moodle)

When I open it in iphone, it takes around 2-3 minutes to open the course. I have tried Chrome and Safari to open the course. Both take time to open.

Thanks!

Katherine

Hi Katherine,

How does that compare to the version that Crystal shared? If her example opens quickly on your devices I'd suggest reaching out to Moodle about their loading times. Can you share your Moodle link with us, so that we can compare the loading times as well? Also, do you know what iOS your iPhone is running? Here's how to find out.

I certainly understand if you can't share, no worries.

For the .story file you uploaded here - did you also test that version in Moodle? What was the comparison in load times between that and the same copy of the course that Crystal uploaded to SCORM Cloud?

It seems to be behaving as expected for myself, Alyssa and Crystal using the SCORM Cloud link. We're all accessing from different devices and different networks too. I'd have to defer to the Moodle team for more help at this point, but please keep us posted on what you find out!
