I've built a course that uses a custom navigation page with shapes. Each shape has three triggers visited, roll over and jump to slide (arranged in that order).
If a user clicks on a shape and leaves the mouse cursor on the object after clicking it works fine. If a user clicks and moves the cursor off of the object it jumps to the slide but does not change the state to visited. Any suggestions or ideas would be very helpful.
If you use the built-in state names Visited, Hover, etc. all you need is the JumpTo trigger when user clicks.... The states will be called automatically.
I'm not sure what you mean. If your shapes have a state called Hover and you move the mouse over a shape, the Hover state should be displayed automatically. You can always share your .story file here and someone will have a look.

Thanks deleted the additional triggers but hover is not working on the jump to trigger.
