Storyline 3 published course changed player on mobile device.

We've recently upgraded from storyline 2 to 3. We run our published courses on mobile devices thought he dolphin browser. The player has changed since we upgraded, and now the submit button doesn't appear on the player, which means learners can't progress when we add a quiz. When looking on the player settings within Storyline 3 there's nothing to suggest the player should be any different on mobile or PC? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Siriol,

When you view Storyline 3 content on a mobile device, you'll see the responsive mobile player instead of the gray player you see on desktop. 

The submit button should still be visible on mobile devices, even in the responsive mobile player. Have you tried viewing the course on one of these supported mobile browsers?

  • Safari in Apple iOS 10 or later
  • Google Chrome in Apple iOS 10 or later
  • Google Chrome in Android OS 4.4 or later
