Storyline 3 Published in Success Factors - No online objects available

We just recently upgraded from Presenter to Storyline 3 and have a few PowerPoint presentations that were imported into Storyline, however when published into Success Factors, some employees are able to open the modules and others are receiving an error message stating "This item does not have any online objects available at this moment."  We've tested this with Windows 7 & 10, Internet Explorer and Chrome.  It's very random and if the employees try on another computer, even if it worked for the person previously on that computer, it's still not working for them.  This never happened in Presenter, so curious if anyone else has reported something similar.  One module is a global issue for our company and we need to resolve soon. 

I've also re-published it, re-assigned, etc.  We do not believe this is a Success Factors issue, rather Storyline.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what some of your users see when accessing your courses.

I'm not familiar with a similar issue, so I searched through the forum discussions and support cases but came up empty-handed.

You mention that the issue is not happening to all users, so let's see if we can track down the cause for the users experiencing a problem:

  • Are they using a particular browser?
  • Is it tied to specific permissions within your LMS?

Are you able to replicate this behavior in SCORM Cloud for these users? If so, that would indicate an issue with the project vs. the LMS.
