We have run into a recent reoccurring issue, where published courses do not grant credit in the Success Factors LMS.
We have tried multiple versions of storyline (3.39.22088.0/May 5 2020 all the way up to 3.44.23192.0) to publish the course as well as multiple completion triggers(complete course, quiz results, and slides viewed).
We have also tried creating testing courses (1-2 slides) to troubleshoot this and are still encountering an issue where the course is not counted as completed.
We have verified that older courses still work and made sure that the settings are the same on the LMS side of things. Does anyone have an explanation or fix for this issue?
We have looked at available forum discussion posts and none of them seem to have addressed the issues we are experiencing.

What if you executed a hard-coded completion on the last slide, using Javascript? I used to use:
SetStatus("C");
lmsAPI.CommitData();
