My client has switched to Windows 10 and cannot open the Launch.exe file I created for a training course. I originally created the file with Storyline 2. This file has worked for over year -- but for clients (and me) with Windows 7. In fact, it still opens for me. Can you help?
Here's a screen recording of my testing on Windows 10. You'll want to double check that your client followed the same steps that I followed in that recording. Also, check that they have Internet Explorer 10 or later installed on their computer, since that's required to view content published for CD.

Sorry to hear your client is having trouble. Does your client have Internet Explorer installed on their computer?
If so, I'd like to test the launch file on my Windows 10 machine. Could you share the published output with me here?
I am not sure but can ask. When we did a screen share, she was using Chrome.
