Hello everyone. I have a problem concerning the resume function of my exported storyline file. In our LMS we have a prompt that asks us if we want to resume or not. But in SAP Learning Solution, it just restarts the training.
Is there a solution to force resume? Maybe by changing code in the Scorm file?
Have you tried to troubleshoot Your LMS with SCORM Cloud? If it works correctly in SCORM cloud, then I suggest that you reach out to your LMS. If it doesn’t work in SCORM cloud, then we’ll be happy to take a look at your project through a support case.
