We are experiencing an issue with a font not appearing on Safari (this affects both iPads and normal Macs, Macbooks, etc). The same course performs perfectly fine on Firefox, Chrome etc and we use the latest version of 360.
Are you able to advise if this is a known issue or if there are any particular settings I should keep an eye out for / any known issues with particular versions of Safari?
Sorry you're running into font trouble on your iOS devices! What font were you using? We'll create a few test slides with the same font and let you know if we see the same issue.
I have used Agenda font and not had a problem with Macs, most of my clients are also on MacBooks and would have noticed. I know it doesn't help, but I don't think it is related to the font.
Thanks for coming back to me. It's really strange - as it was literally just the font not showing throughout. We've since replaced all fonts with Arial - and it's working, so definitely some sort of bug but I've no idea what!
Thanks for letting me know which font you used! Would you mind testing this link in Safari? Then, let me know if you're able to see the Agenda font correctly.
Also, have you tried enabling or disabling Modern Text? If not, try that in your own file and let me know if it makes a difference.
Hi, I know this an old case but is this the recommended solution? I'm having the same problem with Storyline 360, HTML5 outputs being viewed on Safari. The font doesn't load, instead we get a standard Times New Roman sort of font.
Thanks for that information, Kaili! I've added those details to your support case so we can investigate what's happening. I'll follow the case and provide an update in the community discussion once we know more!

Note: Safari is the only pre-installed browser. It is iOS version 11.4 (build version 15F79).

We were using Agenda font - wondering if this will affect all fonts that aren't standard?

Hi Crystal,
Thanks for the response.
I'm using a typeface called "Antenna".
I do have modern text enabled.
I am using v3.25.18088.0 of Storyline 360.
Thanks again for the help!

Thanks a lot Crystal!
Just an update: Cleo recommends using the TrueType font version of Antenna font rather than the OpenType font.
