I am using Storyline 360 with the latest update on windows 10 machine. While working on a project I am facing an issue while previewing the course/slide in Storyline 360.
Using regular font: When I preview any slide or scene fonts are converting to junk character. However when I publish the course everything is appearing fine.
Using modern text: in preview, font is appearing fine. However in published course junk characters are appearing instead of text.
Regarding font, I am using Boutros Asma font. Please help me out to resolve this issue.
Does this only happen with that font? If so, we'll want to take a look at testing out that font in Storyline, and we'll need a copy of the font files to do so. Are you able to share those privately with our Support Team by uploading a copy there?
It doesn't appear that we ever heard back from Keerti, but I'd love to get you the same help offered before!
It sounds like this only occurs when you include a Storyline block in a Rise 360 course, yes? Can you let me know what browser you're using to view that course? I'd start by looking into the solutions here for the missing fonts or incorrect characters. Let us know if that helps or you're still running into trouble!

The same thing is happening to me with Playfair Display. Any word on what the issue was with this?
