Font issue in LMS

Hii,

We developed the course in Storyline 360 using Calibri font and it is working fine in our end.

But our clients facing the font issue in their LMS while using Internet Explorer browser and it is working fine in Google Chrome.

In the first attempt they are not facing the issue but without clearing the browser cache and cookies the fonts are not in good manner.

We update the Storyline 360 and changed the font to Arial but still the font issue is not resolved. Please help me in this. It is very urgent.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing the details of the issue you are running into.

If your client is seeing the wrong font or missing letters, then they need to enable the font download setting in their browser.

Thank you for your response. Actually this issue was resolved by selecting the output as Flash/html5 while publishing the course.
