A strange thing is happening with one of the modules we created using Storyline 360.
We uploaded the module on the LMS, and were going through it. We exited the module before completing it. On relaunch, it opened the bookmarking popup. After clicking Yes, there's a text entry field that popups up asking you to enter your name. Even after doing so and clicking OK, nothing happens. The Next button too is on-screen, but there's no reaction even after clicking it.
That definitely sounds odd. Have you tried uploading your course to SCORM Cloud to see if the same thing happens there? That'll give us a good idea of whether this is file related, or something happening within the LMS.
