Let me ask you a few questions to help you troubleshoot the issue: Do you know in which version of Storyline the course was published? We had a bug logged where JAWS adds 'clickable' when reading out the alt text of an image, and the fix was released in Update 62. Do you know which screen reader your client is testing the course with? Can you share the .story file through a support case so we can investigate this further?
