Consistently, Storyline 360 will crash on me at the end of the day. Yesterday I lost the last 20 minutes of my work. I'm not getting an error message. The system will freeze and then eventually close. Is anyone else having this issue?
I'd also check out the helpful tips shared by Nicole here and be sure to enable auto-recovery to save you in the event of a crash so that you will lose minimal work.
If it is the same time every day, and you have been completely closing and restarting SL every hour, it sounds like it is time to take brownies to the IT department/guy.
Sounds great Claire, just let us know if you need any assistance from us :) Thanks for popping in with an update and hopefully you'll be up and running (continually) soon.

Oh no, Claire! Sorry to hear that you have had a problem with your file crashing at the end of the day.
It's not recommended that you leave your software open for extended periods of time, but it sounds like you are actively using it.
Please be sure that you are on the latest version of Storyline 360 and if so, you may want to consider a repair to get back in good working order.

😀 (on it!)
Thank you very much. We're also working with our IT dept on this.
