When I try to launch Storyline 360 desktop, I get stuck in a perpetual loop in the pop-up window to sign on. When I enter my email and password, it keeps on asking me for the same information. I downloaded the latest Articulate 360 update from 12/15/20 and now when I click the sign in button from the pop-up window, nothing happens. I'm not prompted to enter my email or password and still can't launch.
