Hi I am also facing this issues while downgrade the Storyline version (required 3.85) -> (my current 3.86). This pop up will appears every time I am trying to downgrade, So please tell the solution for this type of error.
As a troubleshooting step, try running the Articulate 360 Dekstop application as an administrator to see if this fixes the issue for you. I've seen a lot of installation-related issues get resolved by running the installation process using heightened permissions.
