I keep getting the Error Report dialog doing just about anything! For example: click on a slide in story view, click on anything on the menu bar, editing a slide, publishing..... I've sent in hundreds of error reports! It is so bad it is taking me forever to do the simplest of tasks as it eventually crashes.

Please try these steps to repair erratic behavior in Storyline 360, and if you're still seeing issues after the repair, you'll want to get in touch with our Support Engineers. I did everything on the instruction page provided in the link - and the
problem continues. I could not get anything done today because I just sat
here clicking send on the error report dialogue.
HELP!
I upgraded to windows 10 - nothing. I unstalled and re-installed - nothing.
Yikes, I hate to hear that you didn't have any success with your troubleshooting steps. I see that you opened a case (01013768) and that you spoke with Amian over the weekend. Like he mentioned, one of our Support Engineers will be contacting you shortly!
