Storyline 360 Executable File

I am trying to execute the file after I have created it in Storyline and I am getting the attached error message. I am not sure what the error message is and how I can fix it. When I execute the story_html5.html file the course runs but I am not sure it will interact with our LMS. I was under the impression that the index_lms.html is the file that I need to be able to execute via the LMS. Does anyone have any insight why this file is not executing and what I can do to fix the error message.

Sorry to hear that you're running into an issue with your file. I agree with utilizing the index_lms.html file as well.

I have a few questions:

  • Are you zipping the published output from the publish successful dialog box and uploading the entire folder to your LMS?
  • Are you testing within the LMS when this error is received?
  • What browser are you viewing the content in?
  • Are you able to replicate this error if you upload/test the content in SCORM Cloud or is the issue limited to your LMS?
