Has anyone experienced a slower Storyline 360 when previewing? I have updated to the latest version this week, and when previewing just 1 page of content, it takes about 8 secs to load, and even longer if previewing the entire course. The source file is saved in c drive.
In addition, during the preview, the animation looks stuttery/jerky at the initial play.
Just with the latest update to Storyline 360 or you're newly on Storyline 360? We now preview the HTML5 content vs. Flash so that should actually be faster!
Could I get a look at your .story file to give it a test? If that works on my end, I'd make sure that your meeting the system requirements here and then conduct a simple repair to resolve odd behavior with Storyline.
I am having the same issue with Storyline 360. I'm in over 9 minutes and about halfway through the publishing process. I noticed it's been on "Encoding Video" for quite awhile.
Can you tell me a bit more about your course that you're trying to publish? Does it have a lot of slides with audio, or video already in it? Does it have one really large video in it?
Do you see this slow publishing only using the Publish to Video option?

Let me know if that helps!

Sorry for the holdup, Alexia!
Have you tried doing a fresh installation on Storyline 360 yet? Give these steps a go, and let me know if you see an improvement. 😁
