I have multiple screenshots on one slide, in an interactive simulation.
I want the user to click a hotspot to go to a new screenshot on the same slide, but the slide just advances and does not pause until the user interacts with the hotspot. I am setting the trigger to go to a cue point.
This is not working. Can please tell me what I am missing here?
I am not 100% sure if I understand the situation. Are you wanting the slide to pause at a screenshot, and then the user selects the hotspot to jump another spot on the timeline?
Do you have a trigger to pause the timeline as well? and then to resume?

Hi thanks for responding so quickly!
Yes to this - Are you wanting the slide to pause at a screenshot, and then the user selects the hotspot to jump another spot on the timeline?
The cue point trigger has an option to pause timeline, it is not pausing.
And nothing set to resume, because it's not pausing.
Any suggestions?

Is this a slide you can share?
I made a mockup slide with the same functionality that I am trying.
Hey Melissa,
I recorded a quick PEEK, hopefully I have understood your issue -
