Storyline 360 - Move (Continue) to Next Page after Failing and Retaking Quiz

I have crated a quiz.

1. If I take the quiz and fail it - works
   (this morning it did not, yesterday it did)
2. I then review the quiz - works
   (this morning it did not, yesterday it did)
3. I then retake the quiz - works
   (this morning it did not, yesterday it did)
4. I then try to move to next page -
   test 1 works - when you pass 1st time
   test 2 DOES NOT WORK - when you fail and retake (yesterday)
   test 3 DOES NOTE WORK - when you fail , no continue layer stays (today)
   
   I have been able to figure out (I think) that I need to create a layer which will show when the pass % greater than or equal to 0.
   Any ideas?

   8 False
   9 False
   10 True
   
   I am pretty confident it is a minor item I am forgetting to do with triggers ... let's see if I am on the right track ;)
