The LMS that we use (Compliancewire) times out after 30 mins for any course that is taken by the user. My course, created in Storyline 360, is 35 mins long and will time out in our LMS, causing the user to have to re-open the course and then close it to continue to the e-signature page. Bookmarking in the Story settings is set to bookmark wherever the user leaves off. But how do I "keep Alive" the LMS if my storyline 360 course is longer than 30 mins or the user steps away more than 30 mins? Is there a particular setting or code that could be incorporated?
