All of the sudden when I try to publish a Word doc of my SL course, I receive a "convert file" pop up and it makes me select an option (see attachment). It was working fine this morning and then this started happening. Anyone know what's going on?
I appreciate you giving the repair a try. Since that didn't work, I've opened a case on your behalf with a support engineer to take a closer look and see why Storyline isn't publishing to Word as expected!

I'm happy to help! I just tested this on my end, and I don't see that error message appear when publishing to Word.
Which version of Word are you using? Also, have you tried publishing another project to Word?
Lastly, have you tried a simple repair of Storyline 360?
We'll make sure you can publish to Word as soon as possible!
Any project I try publishing to Word gives me the prompt to choose how to convert the file. I've done multiple shutdowns.
I'll try a repair of SL and see how that goes.
