Storyline 360 Video and SuccessFactors

I'm currently working on a project for a customer involving video with interactive elements interspersed throughout (on top of the video). The project is supposed to be entirely played on iphone 7.

Storyline 360 lets the video play without ripping it out and playing it in the apple video app (removing the interactions), which is great. The problem is that when we sent it to the customer and they tried it in their SuccessFactors app, the app nullified this and played the video in the apple app again instead.

Do you guys have any experience using Storyline 360 with SuccessFactors?What's the best practice for this? Is there any way around it?
