This is an email I just received from a co worker, but I am still learning about Storyline and LMS. I am unsure where to even to start in regards to answering his question or help him, if anyone has any helpful info please shout it out.
"Your Course has caused the Datawarehouse file to not process in the warehouse. I have attached the file so that you can see what is breaking the file transfer. This column is expecting a Number data type and instead received the chars you see. The course has sent bad data in the Online Module-Highest Score column."
What sort of reporting settings do you have set when publishing your course? I don't have a solution to your problem, but thats where I would start looking if the course is sending something wrong to your LMS.
I will check into that but the co worker who designed the course thinks he has it figured out it had something to do with portions of the course being marked complete and having a quiz with a blank results slide added to the course as well . Thank you for offering a hand in helping me get a better hold on this, and Storyline in general.
Thanks Chris for the update - and I'd also agree with Jackson to begin by looking at the tracking settings. Otherwise I'm at a bit of a loss for what your coworker was asking for...
