I’m curious if other storyline uses have encountered any issues adding a lot of video files. Is there a point where storyline has a hard time handling them?
I’m looking to launch about 20 videos from a static background. I am planning to do them as layers but could also launch them in a new window (it’s an additional step to see this working so the layers are easier to test).
When I first started bringing in files the stage got corrupted on the main slide and on the layers. It looked like the attached file.

I have built a course in Storyline 2 with more than 30 videos (each on its own slide) that were accessed from a menu. I didn't run into any problems.
There is no attached file...?
You could always host the videos on a streaming service and embed them from there. That would keep your project file size small.
