I haven't heard anything about Storyline 360becoming a "legacy product." SL gives developers much more control than Rise, so I can't imagine Articulate discontinuing it.
Storyline 3is another matter. As per the company's info, "Storyline 3 currently receives only core security updates and technical support. All new product innovations will be available exclusively on Articulate 360." So, in essence, that has become a legacy product.

As long as Storyline is 32-bit...it is legacy ;-)
