I wondered if anyone might be able to shed some light on an issue I've been having.
I have a course on our LMS (Totara) and a handful of users a getting stuck on the same page, when they click the next button the storyline 'buffering circle' appears and just circles endlessly...it's not happening for all users and they're using different browsers.
It doesn't happen for all users, but when I log in as the user it happens for me on my machine.
Hi there, Emily. I have a couple of questions for you to narrow down the cause:
What is the content of the slide that buffers? Is it a quiz slide? Does it have media on it?
To clarify, for the users that see the buffering, do they all work on different browsers? If those same users try the course in a different browser, do they still see the buffering?
Can you share your .story file? Just pop into the discussion and use the Add Attachment link on your reply. I'd like to try to replicate this behavior. We test content on SCORM Cloud to see how it behaves in an LMS environment.
