I have imbedded a link to external website within my storyline file....staff click the link to access the training.....how do I get a certificate of completion generated after staff complete the training?

Articulate apps don't currently support certificates of completion. We generally see this as a learning management system (LMSs) function. However, if you're not using an LMS, you may be able to modify the report.html file in your published output to make it look like a certificate.
