Storyline closes after splash screen

Today when I open Storyline 360, I see the splash screen where it says "initializing components" and then the software just quits.
I've uninstalled Storyline and Articulate 360 and deleted any Articulate folders under Users/Myname/AppData. Rebooted, then reinstalled Articulate and Storyline and am still seeing the same issue.
I then installed the other version, Storyline 360 Aug 4, 2020, and still have the same issue.
Does anyone have any ideas?
I'm running Win 10, 2004 version.

Finally got Storyline 360 to start after following these instructions-

If I remember right, Storyline stopped worked after I installed the latest version. Something glitched. Disabling UAC during install. Who knew?
