There was an error opening Storyline 360

Hello,

I am having an issues trying to get Storyline 360 to launch after reinstallation.  Here are the things that we have tried to resolve the issue.  Any assistance would be appreciated.  

Uninstalled Articulate 360 Storyline from dashboard (not add/remove programs) > rebooted
Uninstalled Articulate 360 dashboard > rebooted
Scrubbed registry (deleted) for all keys named Storyline + Articulate, also removed Articulate folders under Program Files + Program Data + Users Local > then rebooted machine

Reinstalled Articulate 360 > rebooted
Installed Storyline 360 from dashboard > rebooted


Launched Storylin360 and error still comes up "There was an error opening Storyline 360", application splash screen comes up and then goes away, application will not launch

    Hi Leslie,

    Was the above query resolved? I have the problem. I can't launch Storyline. The same error message [There was an error opening Storyline 360] pops up every time I try to launch the app.

      Sorry you're running into this error message! 

      The first thing I'd recommend is doing a simple repair of Storyline 360!

      If this doesn't do the trick, we'll want to call on our Support Engineers for further troubleshooting. You can submit a case by using this link.
