Thank you for letting us know! Let's see if we can uncover what is taking place here.
A couple of questions for you on this:
Does the same thing happen in a new file?
Are you able to import this file into a new to see if that resolves the issue?
If this behavior is happening in a new file as well, I would recommend trying a repair of Storyline. A simple repair usually fixes the problem, and you can find the steps on how to do this here: How to Repair Articulate Storyline 360.
Please keep us updated on this and let us know if you have any questions!
