When I pull up storyline content on an iPad, it cuts off the bottom part so the user is not able to get to the Next button in the player at the bottom.. Has anyone experiences this? I'm using version 5.14. Anyone have any suggestions? Here is pic to show what I see on the iPad. Also, why is the log missing in the top-left? It displays on a computer, but not the iPad.
Hey Dave - it looks like your system is adding another navigation shell above the Storyline player. This forces the assembly down. Is there a way to turn this off (if it's not critical) for mobile device users?
If not, you may need to adjust the height of your story under design settings to compensate for the added frame.
Our team is aware of the issue where content displayed in an iFrame within an LMS isn't appearing properly on the iPad, and that looks to match the image you showed (and what Steve shared). As our team looks into a fix, it's also worth checking with your LMS if there is a way to turn it off as every LMS player is different.
In regards to the logo, it may be a problem with the logo file itself as described here. You also mentioned you're using Update 5 of Storyline, but if this project was created prior to update 3, it would still impact that file - but not new files.

Gotcha. So just change the height (if I'm not able to remove the LMS player that is taking up space at the top. Thanks!
